Our learning approach is: “Show me”, "Tell me" and “Let me do.”
First, the trainer demonstrates and explains how a concept is applied in a scenario. This helps you clearly understand the logic and practical implementation.
Then, you practice the same concept on your own. This ensures you just don’t watch, but learn by doing.
This method builds confidence, improves retention, and prepares you for job.
Furthermore, assignments those are submitted by students are checked. There will be a project.
Doubt classes are kept at regular intervals with maximum 10 students/ batch. So you can ask comfortably.
It varies on the basis of size of company, city, prior experience, skills and performaces. We will break it down clearly so you have a practical understanding.
Freshers Reality:
₹2 LPA - ₹6 LPA is the typical starting range in India
Many freshers start around this.
Fresher who join as intern are paid upto 1.5LPA and gradually grow as they increase their expertise.
Salary Based on Company Type:
Small companies or local firms pay in the range: ₹1.5 - ₹4 LPA for roles like: MIS Executive, Junior Analyst, Web developer or software developer etc.
Medium sized growing start-ups pay in the range ₹3.5 - ₹6.5 LPA.
MNC's or product companies hire good profile candicates with strong skills at higher salary range ₹5 - ₹9 LPA.
Student also need to understand that most companies in Tier1 cities pay upto 25% more salary than Tier2 cities.
